5 Awesome Borderlands 2 Glitches – Updated for 2022

Today we are going to be talking about five awesome borderlands 2 glitches that still work in 2022. Let’s go!

#5: Shield Glitch

This glitch involves you getting nigh-infinite shields and bad guys getting the shaft.

For this glitch you are going to need two things:

• Gaige
• Gaige’s buck-up skill

Once you have both of those all you need to do is go to a new area barrier, but DON’T travel there yet. You need to do the steps in this order:

1. Take off your shield (make sure you have buck up)
2. Summon Deathtrap
3. Wait for him to try and apply a shield to you
4. Travel to the new area

Boom. Now you should have no recharge time on your shields, i.e. infinity shields. However, you aren’t invulnerable so keep that in mind.

Also, keep in mind you can stack this effect. Imagine the shield regen monkaGIGA.

#4: Invincible Krieg Glitch

How do you like your baby steaks monsieur? Oh, that’s right raaaaareeee.

This glitch is dummy simple and literally makes you invincible, here is what you need:

• Krieg (DUH)
• Krieg’s release the beast
• A vehicle station

Emphasis on needing a vehicle station, shit won’t work without it. Anyways, to do this glitch you need to have release the beast spec’d and off CD. Once you got all that stuff and things here is how to do it:

1. Be near a vehicle station (THE STATION YOU IMBECILES)
2. Have low health and pop release the beast (if you didn’t already understand the ability)
3. Immediately spawn the vehicle and teleport to it during the animation
4. Hop out the car
5. You are now invincible

You are now officially the conductor of the poop train. Continue on your quest to doo-doo land.

Keep in mind that leaving the area resets your invincibility, so only areas with vehicle stations will give you this benefit.

#3: Axton Speed Glitch

Sonic speeds my guy, sonic speeds.

Another extremely easy yet extremely useful glitch for ya. In this specific glitch, you can put your slow ass Axton on roller skates so he goes a lot quicker. Ok, not really.

For this glitch you will need:

• Axton
• Expertise (Skill)
• A friends game

Basically, the glitch uses Axton’s ability to move quickly while aiming down sights to work. You’re going to be aiming down sights and picking up/dropping weapons repeatedly to get your sonic speed going.

Full steps:

1. Join friends game
2. Have full inventory (not needed on PC but easier)
3. Drop weapon on the ground
4. Pick up the weapon when aiming down sights
5. Repeat until you are sonic

It stacks as much as you like so do it until you are as fast as you want. Beware, you will fall off shit if you are tryna go too fast.

#2: Murder Your Friend Glitch

Ever wanted to kill your friends? Yes, you have, shut up. In this glitch, I’ll show you how.

Here is what you need for this death recipe:

• Tunguska/Swordsplosion/Hive/Storm

Basically, how this glitch works is that once the gun’s projectiles split into two, you drop your weapon and the game is tricked into thinking the weapon is doing environmental damage. Sneaky. Here are the full steps:

1. Aim gun at one of your friends
2. Shoot one of the above guns
3. Before the projectile splits drop it
4. Laugh as your friend goes down and pretend it wasn’t you

#1: Infinite Money Shot Glitch

This one is super broken and a very naughty thing to do. While being invincible is pretty ludicrous, this glitch allows you to kill invincibles. And if you don’t know what money shot is wtf are you doing.

Here is what you need:

• Gunzerker
• Money-shot (DOUBLE DUH)
• Vladof launcher
• 1 ammo per shot gun

Essentially, what you are going to be doing is abusing the Vladof launcher’s reduced ammo consumption. By getting your other gun to 1 ammo left (proccing money shot) and having the Vladof launcher in your other hand, you will be able to have unlimited money shot provided you don’t shoot your Vladof.

Full steps:

1. Get your ammo down to 1 on the gun you want infinite money shot on
2. Gunzerk (make sure Vladof is the gun that comes out with it)
3. Shoot your 1 ammo gun and notice you do a gazillion damage and have infinite ammo
4. Don’t shoot your launcher
