Dammon’s Location in Act I
In Act I, you can find Dammon near the Emerald Grove. There is a place called Hollow, that’s exactly where you will find him. Make sure that you kill the Goblin Camp Leader. Also, you will have to make sure that you avoid all sorts of conflicts in Emerald Grove.

But for that, you will need to find Infernal Iron and hand it over to Dammon. This can be done in the very first meeting with Dammon during Act I. But, if somehow you missed it then you can still do so in Act II.
Dammon’s Location in Act III
Finally, you can meet Dammon again in the last Act of Baldur’s Gate 3. This time he will be in the Baldur’s Gate city at the Forge of the Nine. If you are not sure where this building is situated then you should head towards the east side of the city.
