Since the shield is based on your spell power, it may practically provide an additional 50 health once you reach the late game stages and have a high spell power. It also has the extra side effect of transforming your subsequent melee into an ice nova, which is advantageous when enemies are swarming you.

Chaos Volley

  • Description: Launches 2 chaos bolts in a sequence that deals 125% magic damage and inflicts Chaos Burn.

The ability to have Skeletons relieve your pressure during a fight with a monster in the late game that often summons a large number of lesser enemies might mean the difference between winning and losing.
  • V Blood Carrier: Nicholaus the Fallen

Sanguine Coil

  • Description: Launch a projectile that deals 75% magic damage and leeches 40% health on enemy hit. Heals ally for 100% and self for 40% of your spell power on ally hit.
  • Opinions: Depending on how much you or your allies are hit during combat, this spell’s effectiveness changes. Per each cooldown, you get three castings of the spell, which deal small damage and heal you or an ally. This may be really helpful in boss encounters when you are out of potions, but you really need to make sure you hit all three shots for it to be effective.

Power Surge

Instead of firing two fireballs, you’ll unleash four, each of which will deal Chaos Burn and impact a larger area. Although it may seem uninteresting for an Ultimate, the Chaos Ball spells are excellent at doing massive damage, thus having a second source of it is beneficial.
  • V Blood Carrier: Jade the Vampire Hunter

Arctic Leap

  • Description: Leap into the air and strike down at the target location, dealing 225% magic damage. A nova of frost erupts from the impact location, freezing any enemy hit for up to 6s, enemy vampires are frozen for 3s.
  • Opinions: Despite the fact that most Ultimates aren’t as effective as their cooldowns would have you believe, Arctic Leap is top tier when facing up against swarms of enemies in the late-game boss fights. When activated, you will jump into the air and land where your cursor is resting, dealing damage that begins where you strike and spreads outward. It is good to use against a group of mobs to either attempt and kill them more quickly or return and heal up because everyone hit will also freeze for 6 seconds.
  • V Blood Carrier: Terrorclaw the Ogre

V Rising heroes will eventually have every weapon unlocked and all the max levels reached. The only thing left to do at this point in the endgame is probably to go out and defeat the various bosses. However, gamers can be in for a world of misery unless they have polished their construct.
