Unlocking Smithy requires you to defeat Quincey the Bandit King. It’s a level 37 boss that can be found in the North of the Farbane Woods. Defeating this boss will unlock the recipe for you.
With the unlocked recipe head towards the furnace and put in 20x Iron Ore. This will give you 1x Iron Ingot.
