What Is a Fishing Bundle in Stardew Valley?
The fishing bundle in Stardew Valley is one of the bundles you must complete if you wish to accomplish the Community Center. It will also be unlocked at the same time as the Pantry after finishing the Crafts Room.
Just like any other Community Center bundle, the fishing bundle will also require several fish types in order to complete. And upon finishing it, specific rewards will always be given.
If you are wondering why you have to finish this bundle as well, it is to help the Community Center regain its beauty and quality like a brand new one. If we are basing on the story of the game, another reason to finish this bundle is to help Pierre win the Community Center over JojaMart and Morris.
However, finishing this bundle is no easy task for you. This particular bundle still requires you to successfully complete another six bundles about fishing. But, if you are into fishing and have chosen the perfect set of fishing skills, this might seem easier for you compared to other previous bundles.
At first, the fish tank will appear old and damaged. To repair the fish tank, you must look for different types of fish to fill the six bundles.
Having said that, we made this guide for you to understand how you can easily finish the fishing bundle in Stardew Valley in the Community Center.
Guide for Fishing Bundle in Stardew Valley
As mentioned earlier, you cannot just provide any fish type that you can catch. There is a required fish type needed per bundle.
To make it easier for you, we provided a detailed list of fish type requirements for each fishing bundle in Stardew Valley. This will be for the River Bundle, Lake Bundle, Ocean Bundle, Night Fishing Bundle, Crab Pot Bundle, and Specialty Bundle.
River Bundle
For the river bundle, you will need the following fish types: Catfish, Shad, Sunfish, and Tiger Trout. Among all the bundles, this is relatively the easiest to complete because of their locations. All these four fishes can be found in the Cindersap Forest. But for more chances of catching these, here’s more detailed information.
- Catfish – Cindersap Forest, Pelican Town, Secret Woods, Witch’s Swamp
- Shad – Cindersap Forest, Pelican Town

However, Carp also has a chance of appearing in the Mutant Bug Lair, Secret Woods, and The Sewers. While the Largemouth Bass can also be caught in the Wilderness Farm.
Finishing this will give you a Dressed Spinner.
Ocean Bundle
To complete this bundle, you will need to get Red Snapper, Sardine, Tilapia, and Tuna. As implied to its name, you can get each from the ocean. However, there are still some locations that need to be noted for some fish.
