Growing Plant Species X

Plant Species X in Ark can be harvested and grown into fully-grown plants from seeds. The seeds can be obtained either by killing natural plants or harvesting the bushes that look similar to red sticks popping out of the ground on the mountains. 

Moreover, in the swamp area, you can find cattails growing along the shore. These can also be harvested to obtain seeds. 

All of these bushes can be harvested with the help of a creature such as an Ankylosaurus. Once harvested you will get the seeds. These seeds will be used to grow the plants in a Large Crop Plot. Once the plants are fully grown, they can be used in the same way as an Auto Turret. 

A Plant Species X takes approximately 15 days to grow into a Large Crop Plant. Finally, this goes through stages which you can find below. 

• Planting the seed takes 1 Minute
• Seedling grows into Middling in approximately 7 Days
• Middling grows into Growthling in approximately 5 Days
• Growthling grows into Fruitlings in approximately 1-2 Days

Activating Plant Species X

To activate these plants, you will need to use water and fertilizers. We have several different fertilizers that we can choose from. Each one of these fertilizers has a different amount of usage required for fully-grown plants. While they are active, you should always check for their fertilizers and water levels.

• 1000 Human Feces can fertilize a fully grown plant for 3h5m.
• 3500 Small Animal Feces can fertilize a fully grown plant for 10h48m.
• 7500 Medium Animal Feces can fertilize a fully grown plant for 23h8m. 
• 15000 Large Animal Feces can fertilize a fully grown plant for 1d 22h15m. 
• 35000 Massive Animal Feces can fertilize a fully grown plant for 4d 11h 55m.
• 50000 Snow Owl Pellet can fertilize a fully grown plant for 6d 10h 10m.
• 54000 Fertilizer can fertilize a fully grown plant for 6d 22h 30m.
• 90000 Bonemeal Fertilizer can fertilize a fully grown plant for 11d 13h 30m. 

You can choose any of the fertilizers you like based on their effectiveness. 

Adjusting Settings for Plant Species X

Plant Species X has two different settings that can be adjusted. You can set the range of its projectile and its targets. In short, both of these settings can be customized based on your preference. 

Here is what you can adjust in both of these settings. 

Range

The range for Plant Species X in Ark can be adjusted at three different distances. Here are the ranges. 

• Low: It shoots at 16 meters distance.
• Medium: It shoots at 33 meters distance. 
• High: It shoots at 67 meters distance. 

Target

It has seven different modes in target settings. Each mode shoots at a different type of enemy. Here are all the modes. 

• All Targets
• Only Survivors or Tamed Creatures
• Only Survivors
• Only Tamed Creatures
• Only Wild
• Only Survivors or Mounted Creatures
• Only Survivors in an Enemy Tribe
