It will be wise to prepare in advance, such as acquiring some of the best armors in the game.

How to Get the Glintstone Key

If you visit the Raya Lucaria Academy, you will notice that there is a corpse on the ground right next to the main gates. If you interact with this corpse, you will acquire a map.
