Elden Ring Memory Stone Locations
At the time of writing, there are eight Memory Stones, and they are scattered all across the map. Getting all eight of them is a pretty time-consuming task, especially if you don’t know where to look. However, by using our guide, you can make the process easier. We will mention each Memory Stone’s location so that you can find all of them in no time.
First Memory Stone
The first Memory Stone is the easiest to get, as you can purchase it from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold. If you haven’t unlocked this place yet, keep on progressing through the game’s main story, and you will eventually visit it at some point. This is the very place where you will find a lot of NPCs hanging around.
After visiting the Roundtable Hold, find the Twin Maiden Husks and speak to them. They will then offer you a bunch of items, including a Memory Stone. You can purchase it from them for 3,000 runes.
Second Memory Stone
The second Memory Stone isn’t difficult to find as well, as it is located in Limgrave. Here, you need to go east from the Castle Morne Rampart Site of Grace and make your way forward until your reach a tower called Oridy’s Rise.
To access the tower, you will first need to interact with a statue at the front. Interacting with it will summon three powerful turtles, and you must defeat them to gain access to the tower. Once done, go to the top of the tower, where you can find the second Memory Stone waiting for you to pick it up inside a chest.
Third Memory Stone
To get this one, you need to visit another tower called the Converted Tower. This tower is located near the Minor Erdtree, and you can see its exact location marked in the image below.
After you have reached the tower, go inside to read a message. Once done, go back outside and climb the broken wall on the right side of the entrance. You need to keep climbing the wall until you reach the top of the tower, where you will find another chest.
Fourth Memory Stone
After getting the third memory stone, you need to go to Testu’s Rise. This tower is located north of Oridy’s Rise, and it is similar to it. If you ask why? Well, you need to defeat three turtles to access this one as well.
Simply go to the tower’s entrance, interact with a statue, wait for the turtles to spawn, and kill them to gain access to the tower. You can then head over to the top of the tower to find the chest containing the fourth Memory Stone.
Fifth Memory Stone
For this Memory Stone, you will need to visit a tower called Lenne’s Rise, located in Caelid. It is important to remember that Caelid is a mid-game area filled with powerful enemies. If you are still new to the game, it will be wise to avoid fighting with any enemy you find in this area and focus solely on getting the stone.
The tower can be found on the east side of Caelid, and you need to use the spirit jump to reach its balcony. You don’t have to worry about fighting any turtles in this tower, as you just need to walk up the stairs from the balcony to get the fifth Memory Stone.
Sixth Memory Stone
The sixth Memory Stone is located inside a tower called Seluvis’s Rise, but accessing this tower is a bit different from the other ones. This is because first, you need to defeat Royal Knight Loretta in Caria Manor and then make your way forward to find three towers called Ranni’s Rise, Renna’s Rise, and the one containing the Memory Stone, Seluvis’s Rise.
To gain access to Seluvis’s Rise, you will first need to visit Ranni’s Rise and agree to serve Ranni. Then, you will get introduced to Seluvis, and she will then grant you access to the tower. You can then go to the top of her tower to access the chest containing the sixth Memory Stone.
Seventh Memory Stone
To get the seventh Memory Stone, you will need to go to the Raya Lucaria Academy and find a boss named Red Wolf of Radagon. Defeating this boss will reward you with the seventh Memory Stone. However, keep in mind that to access the Raya Lucaria Academy, you will first need to get the Glintstone Key.
Eighth Memory Stone
To get the eighth and final Memory Stone in Elden Ring, you need to go to Hermit Village in Mt Gelmir, where you have to find and defeat a boss named Demi-Human Queen Maggie. The exact location of this boss you can see in the image below. After defeating her, you can pick up the eighth Memory Stone from her corpse.
This was where to find Memory Stones in Elden Ring. As you can see for yourself, getting all eight of them is a time-consuming task. However, we will suggest you do it in a single sitting after you have managed to acquire all eight of them. So, you will be able to carry around plenty of sorceries and indications.
