- Dectus Medallion Left: The left half of the Dectus Medallion is found within Fort Height. You can find this location by going east from Mistwood in Limgrave.
- Dectus Medallion Right: Similarly, the right half of the Dectus Medallion is located at Fort Faroth in Caelid.
- Now that you have both halves of the Dectus Medallion, you must head to the Grand Lift of Dectus.
- Start at the East Raya Lucaria Site of Grace and head east to find the Grand Lift of Dectus. Use the Dectus Medallion at this Lift to reach the Altus Plateau.
- Next, rest at the first Site of Grace and teleport to the Impassable Greatbridge Site of Grace. If you haven’t unlocked this Grace, you can find it by going southeast from the Caelid Catacombs Site of Grace.

After speaking with the soldier, go down from the platform and head inside the church. Next, take a right and go straight until you find an elevator. Ride the elevator down to the shores and walk through the fog gate to enter the fight arena. After this point, defeating Radahn is a game of patience, experience, and the right techniques.
