Where to Find D’s Brother Elden Ring?

FromSoftware.inc is notorious for its unorthodox approach to quest completion. Unlike games like Witcher and Assassin’s Creed, Elden Ring doesn’t hold your hand to guide you in completing various quests. Moreover, the game also doesn’t offer much information as to where to find objects or NPCs. For example, Fia and D’s questlines require you to find D’s Brother in Elden Ring and give him the Weathered Dagger. However, the problem is you don’t get any more information regarding where to find D’s brother or how to wake him from his deep sleep.

So, if you are a completionist like me, you’d probably be out looking for the best way to undertake every adventure that the game has to offer. In this article, I will discuss how you can complete Fia and D’s and gain maximum loot.

Where to Find D’s Twin Armor?

D’s Twin Armor

When completing Fia’s questline, she will give you a Weathered Dagger and ask you to return it to its owner. Originally, the dagger belonged to D, Hunter of the Dead. However, he will spawn dead in the Roundtable Hold once you hand over the Weathered Dagger to him. At this point, it is important to refresh the area by resting at the nearest site of Grace. After resting, you can find D’s dead body in a nearby room. Interact with him and loot D’s Twin Armor set, a crucial step for waking D’s brother in Elden Ring.

Another way to get D’s Armor set is to kill him when you first meet him or ask Fia to kill D. In any case, you will get the Twin Armor set, but you won’t be able to proceed any further in the questline. So, if you plan to complete all side quests in Elden Ring, it is important to follow the story till D dies of a natural cause.

After the death of D, the Hunter of the Dead, you must visit Rogier. However, he will be dead too, leaving behind a letter that tells you of D’s younger brother Darian, Beholder of the Dead. D’s twin brother is in a Deep sleep somewhere in the world, and you must wake him to give him the Weathered Dagger. That’s all the information that the game provides, which is obviously not enough to get with.

You can find D’s twin brother in the hidden city Nokron Eternal City. But it isn’t as simple as it sounds; you must defeat a main boss in Elden Ring to access this hidden city. Moreover, you must have the Twin Armor set in your inventory to interact with him.

Nokron Eternal City is a secret location in Elden Ring that only becomes available after defeating General Radahn. Beware, he is one of the toughest main bosses in the game, so make sure that you are well-prepared for the fight. Moreover, the boss won’t accept your challenge right away. First, speak with Blaidd, the Wolfman, so that he invites you to a festival in Redmane Castle. After reaching the castle in Caelid, speak with the festival master to activate the fight. Next, rest at the nearby site of Grace to start the fight. After defeating General Radahn, a meteor will fall from the sky and open the passage to the underground sections of Elden Ring.

Visit Limgrave and go to Mistwood Ruins to find the Entrance to Nokron Eternal City. Start making your way downwards from the passage till you reach the bottom. You will find an entrance at the bottom of the passage, go through this passage and continue jumping downwards till you reach the gates of Nokron Eternal City.

Jump down from the cliff, continue straight, and again jump down on the building’s beam to reach Siofra Aqueduct. Continue north and up the stairs till you reach a waterfall by the balcony. Your quest will be complete once you give the Twin Armor set to D’s brother in Elden Ring. This will wake him up and unlock further dialogues. Now you have two options; kill him or spare him.
