Where to Find Jerren in Elden Ring
To find Jerren in Elden Ring, you will need to make your way to the Redmane Castle. This castle is located in Caelid, a place that is crawling with powerful enemies. Inside this castle, Jerren can be found north of the Chamber Outside the Plaza Site of Grace.
How to Activate the Radahn Festival
The exact location of the Redmane Castle can be seen in the image below. A lot of players don’t know this, but there are two versions of this castle. If you visit it during the start of the game, you’ll find the castle crawling with enemies. Furthermore, you’ll also encounter the Misbegotten Warrior and the Crucible Knight bosses here.
But if you visit this location after activating the Atlus Plateau Site of Grace or completing the Ranni’s questline, you’ll find a completely different castle. These two will also trigger the Radahn Festival at the Redmane Castle, and you will be able to meet Jerren during it.
Where to Find Jerren in Redmane Castle
After making sure that the Radahn Festival is active, go to the Redmane Castle and find Jerren. In the castle, you’ll see that a lot of NPCs are preparing to fight Starscourage Radahn, the main highlight of the festival. You’ll find Jerren talking to the NPCs, and you need to go and speak to him. After you talk to him, you’ll be allowed to participate in the festival and fight Starscourage Radahn.
Now, Starscourage Radahn isn’t a weak boss, so you shouldn’t take him lightly. Just by taking a look at him, you’ll be able to tell that this boss isn’t going to go down so easily. But if you follow the right strategies, you’ll be able to defeat him without breaking a sweat.

After successfully defeating the powerful boss, you need to head back to Redmane Castle again to talk to Jerren. He can be found next to the chapel, and talking to him will initiate a series of dialogues.
Afterward, you’ll meet Jerren at the Witchbane Ruins ruins for the second time during Sorceress Sellen’s quest and then at the Raya Lucaria Academy for the third and final time. If you choose to help Jerren take down Sellen at the Raya Lucaria Academy, he will reward you with the Ancient Dragon Smithing Stone at the end of the fight.
