All Battle Arena Locations – Hogwarts Legacy

Trying to depict Harry Potter’s life in Hogwarts is good, but sometimes you just want to feel like a badass wizard. Fortunately, you can practice your destruction spells and defeat every enemy in sight within a safe environment in Hogwarts Legacy. There are two common Battle Arenas in the game, and a third Arena is available with the Deluxe Edition.

However, finding and activating these Arenas can be pretty confusing for new players. Therefore, this article provides all Battle Arena locations in Hogwarts Legacy and also explains how to start the challenge.

All Battle Arenas in Hogwarts Legacy:

There are 3 Battle Arenas that you can visit in Hogwarts Legacy. The first two are available for all players, whereas the third one comes as a bonus for the Deluxe Edition players. The good thing about these Arenas is that players can use them to farm XP and other collectibles from the defeated enemies.

Furthermore, you must complete the two common Arenas to earn the Rise to the Challenges trophy. Secondly, you can revisit the Arenas at any time to replay the challenges and earn double rewards. However, finding and activating the statues in the Battle Arenas remains a mystery for newcomers. So, here’s how to find all Battle Arenas in Hogwarts Legacy:

North Ford Bog Battle Arena Location

As the name suggests, this Battle Arena is located within the North Ford Bog Region of the game. The North Ford Bog Battle Arena is unlocked as soon as you enter the open world after completing the introductory quests. You can easily reach this place by heading northeast from the East North Ford Bog Floo Flame fast travel point, as shown in the picture.

Once you reach the Arena, look for a mysterious statue in the center of the open area. However, you must activate the statue before you can begin the Arena’s challenges. In order to activate the statue, you must find and break the 20 vases in the surrounding areas.

In this regard, the best strategy is to cast the Revelio spell to reveal the vases and then use either Confringo or Incendio spell while aiming at the vases. After you have destroyed all 20 vases, return to the statue and interact with it to begin the challenge. During a single challenge, 5 waves of enemies will appear that you must defeat to conquer the Arena.

Feldcroft Battle Arena Location

The Feldcroft Battle Arena is located in the ruins near the Irondale Region. However, it is not unlocked by default like the previous one. Instead, you must find and speak with Althea Twiddle in Irondale and start the E-Vase-Ive Maneuver side quest. During this quest, Althea tells you about how her late husband intended to reveal the secrets of the mysterious statue in the ruins. So, now it is your job to find a way to activate the statue. After starting the quest, head to the location as shown in the picture:

You can easily reach the Arena by heading southwest from the Irondale Floo Flame. Alternatively, the easier router is to start at the Feldcroft Catacombs Floo Flame and head along the coast in the southeast direction. Once you reach the Arena, you must locate the Arena’s statue.

Next, you must find and destroy the 20 vases in the surrounding areas with either the Incendio or the Confringo spell. Interact with the statue after destroying all 20 vases to start the challenge.

The Feldcroft Battle Arena’s challenge is pretty much the same as the previous one. However, the enemies in this area are slightly overpowered and quick in their movements. Once you successfully survive all five waves, you will conquer the Arena.

Finally, head back to Althea Twiddle in Irondale to complete the quest and earn some extra rewards.

Note: Only the first 2 Battle Arenas are required for completing the Rise to the Challenges trophy, i.e., The Dark Arts Battle Arena is optional.

Dark Arts Battle Arena Location

The Dark Arts Battle Arena is reserved only for the Deluxe Edition owners. It is one of the most astounding Arenas in the game. Moreover, the rules here are completely different from the first two Arenas. However, the rewards are also higher than the rest, making it the best place to grind some XP. You can find the Dark Arts Battle Arena in the Forbidden Forest area near the East North Hogwarts Floo Flame, as shown in the picture:

Once you reach the Arena, look for the right statue at the foot of a small cliff. You can better spot this area during nighttime as a few lamps surround it. Next, you must find and destroy ten vases in the surrounding area to activate the statue and start the challenge.

Again, the Revelio spell will be your guide in finding these vases.

The rules of the Dark Arts Battle Arena are slightly different from the others. Firstly, you can only use the curse spell, i.e., Avada Kedavra, to defeat your enemies. Secondly, the enemies are much harder to kill than in any other arena.

Lastly, you can replay the challenge anytime to earn extra rewards. Other than these few changes, the goal is still the same, survive the five enemy waves, and kill everyone you find.

Conclusion:

The Battle Arenas in Hogwarts Legacy are the best place to farm XP and gears in the game. Moreover, completing the first 2 Arenas will earn you the Rise to the Challenges trophy. The Dark Arts Arena is exclusive to the Deluxe Edition owners.

Still, you can visit and revisit the two available Arenas to quickly level up in the game. However, finding and activating the Arenas can be a bit confusing for new players. Therefore, this article provides all Battle Arena locations in Hogwarts Legacy.
