You can get the Psycho Stabber in Borderlands 3 by killing Borman Nates. He is a random NPC found in Promethea.
How to get the Psycho Stabber
The psycho stabber is acquired by farming Borman Nates until the weapon drops. The drop rate for the psycho stabber is 10%.
Psycho Stabber Spawn Location
The spawn location for the Psycho Stabber is in the Meridian Outskirts on Promethea. You will have to kill Borman Nates, a randomly spawned NPC, to get the Psycho Stabber to drop.
Borman Nates will spawn most of the time in the Meridian Outskirts on Promethea. Because it spawns so early in the game, you can grab this sucker and coast through some easy levels without much trouble. In fact, I recommend grabbing this gun to kill Killavolt.
An easy way to speed up this farm is to hop over the back of the elevator you use to get up. This will make it far quicker to farm Borman.
Once you get up to his spawn location, you should see maniacs getting “Firehawk’d” in, aka fire shoots from the sky, and they spawn. If Borman isn’t Firehawk’d in, then he isn’t going to spawn, and you can restart and try again.
Killing Borman isn’t difficult. Bring an incendiary weapon to kill him, and you’ll be golden. The only problem will be the hordes of enemies surrounding him.
