Best Weapon in V Rising

Players in the video game V Rising take on the role of an angry vampire determined to retake their lost territory from their human cattle. Fighting tooth and nail is too primitive and is better left to animals. Vampires are a more advanced race that uses weaponry. However, not all of these weapons are adequate for the job. Some are flimsy and little better than the weapons their cattle employ to defend themselves.

In V Rising, one must accept the challenge and get the best equipment for the job. These weapons will undoubtedly aid in trivializing even the most challenging game content currently accessible so that players may concentrate more on castle renovations.

Updated for Gloomrot!

5. Sanguine Axes

Best Weapon in V Rising - Sanguine Axes

Sanguine axes don’t move as quickly as other weapons, but they deliver more damage with each hit, making them excellent for closing gaps. The abilities are rather simple and mostly intended to damage adversaries and increase the player’s attack speed. They’re not the best, though, at fighting several foes. They work best when confronting superiors.

Normal strikes with these axes will suffice against common mobs since they hit several targets in an arc. The fact that this piece of equipment is more useful outside of battle is the strongest reason to utilize them instead of others. Players don’t have to continuously swap weapons if any haughty vampire livestock ever assaults them while they are logging since axes are the greatest tool for cutting down timber.

Crafting Requirements: 1 Dark Silver Axe, 4 Flawless Ruby, 4 Primal Blood Essence, and 12 Pristine Leather.

4. Sanguine Slashers

Weapon in V Rising - Sanguine Slashers

In V Rising, the Sanguine Slashers are unquestionably one of the greatest weapons a vampire may possess. Actually, as long as both talents are unlocked, any Slasher will work. The abilities are what make this weapon so crucial. Elusive Strike, the initial skill, does damage by making a dash motion. Players can effectively escape assaults and inflict damage thanks to it.

The second ability, Camouflage, is essentially an invisibility talent that allows you to deliver significantly more damage striking while concealed. Both abilities support hit-and-run strategies and vampire playstyles. You can even use camouflage to get out of certain awkward situations. Whatever the case, keep these nasty guys at home.

Crafting Requirements: 1 Dark Silver Slashers, 4 Flawless Amethyst, 4 Primal Blood Essence, and 12 Pristine Leather.

3. General’s Soul Reaper

Generals Soul Reaper

The Sanguine Reaper, the game’s most destructive Reaper, is two steps above the General’s Soul Reaper. Nevertheless, despite the more brash update, some players may still prefer to maintain using General’s Soul Reaper because of its special advantages. These advantages are a +5% Spell Critical Strike Probability and +6% Spell Power.

The second one is ideal for individuals who rely too heavily on their spells, even though they don’t really appear like much. V Rising just so happens to have a ton of fantastic vampire spells. This is a side weapon that players may have on hand and even switch to when they want to employ a spell that is not on cooldown. In V Rising, switching between weapons is easy and painless thanks to the hotbar.

Crafting Requirements: 4 Regular Miststone, 4 Greater Blood Essence, 24 Iron Ingot, 16 Plank, and 120 Gem Dust.

2. Sanguine Spear

Sanguine Spear

Despite having a single target focus and little area damage, the spear may be effective in the proper hands. It’s a fantastic weapon for defeating bosses and animal foes. Players may essentially launch a volley of thrusts at a single target with the first skill. The last blow will also send them reeling. Players will have to make sure they are in the ideal range before committing because it is a little cumbersome.

Since the second talent is effectively a spear throw, it is much more beneficial in general. Additionally, the Harpoon talent draws the enemy toward the players while increasing damage by 70%. It’s a useful hunting technique, at the very least, for running targets. Additionally, ranged bosses or those hiding behind their minions will suffer from this move.

Crafting Requirements: 1 Dark Silver Spear, 4 Flawless Emerald, 4 Primal Blood Essence, and 12 Pristine Leather.

1. Sanguine Sword

Sanguine Sword

One of the first weapons that players in V Rising can employ is the sword. They work well in PvE’s late game, which will satisfy players who have become accustomed to them. The Sanguine Sword excels thanks to its quick swings and improved damage over lower ranks. The two vampire skills do make it viable in late-game PvE.

The first talent is essentially an area whirlwind assault, which is all too prevalent in today’s video games. Despite the fact that the spin’s length is quite short, it also permits players to maneuver. In any case, using this Whirlwind ability to eliminate several opponents is useful. The second talent is quite useful because it’s a ranged strike that also lets users teleport to the projectile’s position.

Crafting Requirements: 1 Dark Silver Sword, 4 Flawless Sapphire, 4 Primal Blood Essence, and 12 Pristine Leather.

Ancestral Forge Weapons

Ancestral Forge Weapons

The new Gloomrot update has a whole new set of weapons for players to unlock. These are weapons that require you to build them in the Ancestral Forge, a new crafting bench. These are highly expensive and time-consuming weapons to acquire.

First, you have to find them in the world, usually through boss drops. Then, you have to take the broken pieces to an Ancestral Forge and recraft them, which usually requires many high-level materials.

Here are some of our favorites:

War Forged Destroyers

War Forged Destroyers

I’m a big fan of the War-forged Destroyers, partially because they allow for a ranged style I much prefer. This legendary forged weapon requires you to have already crafted sanguine pistols, so they are rather expensive to acquire.

These make for great weapons in both PvE and PvP situations, although they are far more useful in PvE unless you have a group with you to peel off melee attackers.

Weeping Finality

Weeping Finality

The Weeping Finality is the legendary upgrade to Sanguine Reapers. Because most people use reapers for PvP, I definitely think this is one of the best ancestral weapons in V Rising.

Remember, these weapons can have completely different stats, even if they are the same weapon. For example, the Weeping Finality I had equipped had extra movement speed and max HP as stats. You could just as easily get extra crit chance or damage on yours.

It is super RNG.

Crafting requirements: 1 Sanguine Reaper, 4 Onyx Tears, 1 Primal Blood Essence. Using forge flooring reduces the cost by 25%!

Avoid Greatsword

The Greatsword can be upgraded into a forged weapon, but I recommend not using it. Personally, I found it very slow and clunky to use, with limited mobility.

If anyone knows anything about V Rising, you’ll know having lots of mobility is key.

I found it very lackluster for both PvE and PvP. But then again, I could just suck.

End

The Slashers and Sword are the best weapons in the game because of their primary attacks, special talents, and versatility in both PvE and PvP modes. The movement speed, damage output, and cooldown lengths of different weapons will differ according to your desired playstyle, whether it is supporting, tanking, ganking, or aggressive. The Spear and Crossbow are excellent ranged weapons for supporting roles even if the Reaper and Slasher provide more damage each hit. The sword, mace, and axe are all effective PvE weapons because they deal with AoE damage. However, the axe may be more adaptable for both PvE and PvP.
