You can find The Three Fingers in Elden Ring deep beneath Leyndell. When you first arrive at the Subterranean Shunning-Grounds, you need to start your search towards the Underground Roadside Site of Lost Grace. Keep walking until you reach an invisible barrier that requires you to roll in order to pass through. You may come across Ogres on each floor but you do not need to fight them. Then you must go down till you reach a plank.
Walk across it to reach the other side and then go down just one more floor. Next, take a right and keep going till you reach another plank that you need to cross to get to the other side of the floor.
