Where to Find Rock Sling Elden Ring

Rock Sling in Elden Ring is a powerful sorcery that uses gravitational forces as a means of attack. This spell will manipulate gravity, pull out three massive rocks from the earth, and throw them as projectiles at the enemies.

Although one of the glintstone sorceries, Rock Sling is different from them as it causes physical damage—greatly affecting those with high magic resistance. Furthermore, you can acquire it in the early game by way of a simple process, making it a must-have for almost any spellcaster.

More About Rock Sling

However, you should keep in mind that this spell consumes massive amounts of Focus Points at earlier levels and takes a long time to cast. Therefore, you need to measure your casting time and direction of velocity at every turn while waiting for your FP to replenish after using the spell. This sorcery will greatly benefit you if you can manage all of this during combat.

Where to Find Rock Sling

To get the Rock Sling, you need to get to a chest placed in an underground cellar positioned north of the Street of Sages Ruins, which is northwest of the Swamp of Aeonia in Caelid. Although Caelid might have a higher difficulty for players who didn’t level up much, obtaining the sorcery shouldn’t be so hard.

If you haven’t explored Caelid yet, then you can teleport to a nearby place named Sellia Crystal Tunnel through a teleport trap located in the Dragon-Burnt Ruins. Go to the northern part of the ruins and head inside an underground tunnel. Ignore the lurking enemies and run straight to the room to get the chest. Opening it will teleport you back to Sellia Crystal Tunnel.

In this tunnel, you can either explore and collect materials or simply get out and head to your destination. Collecting materials can be troublesome at early levels due to the high level of enemies. Follow these directions if you want to get to the tunnel’s exit without exploring.

Go left from where you spawned, and you’ll notice that the entire area is a mine. Sneak around and keep going down. The walls around here will be blue, and there will be a left turn.

Take the turn and keep going until the light turns golden and there’s a platform over the lower ground.

Jump down, and you’ll find the Site of Lost Grace. Rest there and then take the left turn to find the exit.

Outside of the tunnel, keep going southwest, following the map to the Street of Sages Ruins. You could summon the torrent for faster travel.

When you get to the ruins, you’ll find an underground entrance that will lead you to a chamber.

Follow the stairway and open the door. At this point, you’ll find the chest. Open it and get Rock Sling.
